Price list
- The prices are calculated per apartment per day for two persons (and not per person).
- Final cleaning: € 62,00 per apartment
- For each additional person in the apartment we will apply a surcharge of € 15 per day for children under 14 years, for persons over 14 years we charge € 30 per day.
- From 01.01.2020 we will apply a tourist tax of € 2,80 per person per day (aged 14 years and over), payable on departure.

The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is granting you free access to all public transport in the entire South Tyrol with just a single ticket.
Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass holders may use any of the following:
- all regional trains in South Tyrol (Brennero-Bolzano-Trento, Malles-Merano-Bolzano, Fortezza-San Candido - these trains are marked with an R, RV & RE on the timetable)
- all urban and extra-urban bus services
- the PostBus Switzerland service between Malles/Mals and Müstair (in Switzerland)
- the Verano, Meltina, Renon, Colle and Maranza cable cars, the Renon mountain railway and the Mendola funicular.

Need to know
- On arrival day your apartment will be at your disposal from 2:00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:00 am.

- Non-smokers will be thankful if you decide not to smoke in your apartment. In South Tyrol – Italy it is not allowed to smoke in public spaces and restaurants.
- Upon agreement and as long they are well behaved, we will be glad to host also small dogs. The cost amounts to € 15,00 per day without food.
- At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
