Residence Pollingerhof is located in a very quite position, wonderfully surrounded by mountain peaks, South Tyrol’s traditional apple orchards and a well-cared garden area.
Amid the greenery but at the same time just a few steps from the town’s commodities: indeed it takes 5 minutes to get to the supermarket and just two minutes to reach the bus stop, from where there’s a bus taking you to the city centre every 15 minutes.
Merano, the charming health resort with its Mediterranean flair offers many different leisure activities. The famous Thermal Baths, the “Kurhaus“ as well as the traditional arcades with their shopping-possibilities, the wonderful Promenades and the popular “Tappeinerweg“ are just some destinations we recommend you not to miss.
Furthermore, there are also some nice restaurants, bars and pizzerias which can be easily reached by foot.

You can reach us by the “Ferienexpress” Munich – Merano – Munich as well as the “Südtirolexpress”: S. Gallo – Zurich – Merano. If you decide to reach us by train, so please let us know. We would be glad to pick you up at the train station of Merano – Maia Bassa.
