Christmas prices
Need-to-know:
Surcharges:
For short stays of 3 nights or less we will apply a surcharge of 15%.
For each additional person in the apartment we will apply a surcharge of € 12 per day for children under 14 years, for persons over 14 years we charge € 18 per day.
From 01.01.2014 we will apply a tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per day (aged 14 years and over), payable on departure.
The prices are calculated per apartment per day and not per person.
- We consider two people for each apartment and the price already includes the charge for final cleaning.
- Pets: Upon agreement and as long they are well behaved, we will be glad to host also small dogs. The cost amounts to € 3 per day without food.
- Arrival and departure: On arrival day your apartment will be at your disposal from 2:00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:00 am.
- Further notes: Non-smokers will be thankful if you decide not to smoke in your apartment. In South Tyrol – Italy it is not allowed to smoke in public spaces and restaurants.
